1. Visit our main LMS at ewings.lk
2. Click on "Register" and fill out the registration form
3. Select "Physics Paper Class" as your course
4. Complete the payment process
5. You'll receive login credentials via email within 24 hours

eWings Papers works on most modern devices with internet access:

• Software: Chrome/Firefox/Edge/Safari (latest version)
• Internet: Minimum 5Mbps connection recommended
• PDF Reader: web reader to view papers

Yes! Our mobile app is available for both Android and iOS devices:

• Android: Available on Google Play Store (search for "eWings")
• iOS: Available on Apple App Store (search for "eWings")

The app provides full access to all paper class materials and features.

You can submit your answers in two ways:

1. Online Submission:
   • Log in to your student dashboard
   • Navigate to the paper you've completed
   • Click "Submit Answers" and enter your responses
2. PDF Upload:
   • Download the answer sheet template
   • Complete it and save as PDF
   • Upload through the "Submit Answers" page

Results are typically processed within:

• Weekly papers: 5-10 days after submission deadline
• Monthly tests: 7-10 days after submission deadline
• Special papers: Varies (usually within 1 week)

You'll receive an email notification when your results are ready, and they'll be available in your dashboard with detailed feedback.

Rankings are calculated separately for:

• Class/batch level
• School level
• Island-wide (for monthly tests)

Yes! Your dashboard includes comprehensive progress tracking:

• Performance Graphs: Visualize your score trends by topic and paper type
• Strengths/Weaknesses: Analysis of your best and most challenging areas
• Ranking History: Track your position changes over time
• Comparison Tools: See how you compare to class/school averages

You can download these reports as PDF for offline review.

If you're having trouble logging in:

1. First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link
2. Ensure you're using the correct email address associated with your account
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
4. Try accessing from a different browser or device

If you're experiencing download issues:

1. Check your internet connection stability
2. Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device
3. Try downloading with a different browser

If the problem continues:

• Contact your internet service provider to check for download restrictions
• Try downloading from a different network (mobile data instead of WiFi or vice versa)
• Email us at support@ewingspapers.lk and we'll send the paper directly

If you encounter upload issues:

1. First, try refreshing the page and uploading again
2. Check that your file meets these requirements:
   • PDF format (for answer sheets)
   • File size under 10MB
   • Clear, readable images if including handwritten work
3. Try uploading from a different device

If you still can't upload before the deadline:

• Email your answers to submissions@ewings-papers.lk with:
  • Your full name and student ID
  • Paper title and date
  • Attached answers (PDF preferred)
• We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours
